Jonesy’s Detailing Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Jonesy’s Detailing services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling an appointment or utilizing any service offered by Jonesy’s Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered

Jonesy’s Detailing provides auto detailing services, including but not limited to interior and exterior detailing, paint enhancement, ceramic coatings, mobile express washes, and in-home upholstery cleaning. Specific services and pricing are detailed on our Services page.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are required for all services. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Failure to do so may result in the full cost of the service being charged.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service completion. Accepted payment methods are listed on our Payment page.

5. Liability

Jonesy’s Detailing is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle that is not directly caused by our negligence or breach of contract. We will use reasonable care in handling your vehicle.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.

7. Changes to Terms

Jonesy’s Detailing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
